 Sorry I haven't sent an email for a while. Every pday has been busy. This email is just going to be stories because the work was really slow and stories are more fun to read anyways.

     The first story is that we were on a combi (mini Peru bus thing) and there was a guy that was really drunk and while he was trying to get off, he tripped over a bucket and laid in the funniest position I've seen for a really long time. Then when he finally got up, he walked out of the combi without paying and stumbled into the forest for some reason.

      One day we were sitting on a curb and these 2 little girls started punching and making fun of us because they thought we were tourists or something. We left to go find a combi and somehow, they were there too and they kept trying to push us into traffic, so that was fun.

     Last night my companion was trying to find a taxi for today and a drunk guy walked up to me and talked to me for about 30 minutes about racism. It was really funny because after about 20 minutes he stopped and asked me if i knew Spanish. Like he just realized I wasn't a Latino and like we weren't having a 2 sided conversation for 20 minutes straight. He also taught me a lot of Spanish swear words.

     One of our amigas that had a baptism date told us that she feels the spirit in the church that sings and dances and yells. That she feels the Holy Ghost a lot more than in our church, so that was fun to hear.

Sorry guys, these past few weeks have been packed and if I'm being honest, sending an email has been the last thing on my list haha. The mtc is pretty fun, the food is good most of the time and I have a super fun district. The classes were super boring until we started Spanish immersion, it's super hard but honestly kind of fun, and it's nice to see the progress I'm making. Our first week at the mtc we got to hear from Elder Bednar and his wife and that was super cool, they had great talks and I got to shake his hand. We get to go to the temple every pday and it's been super fun but it takes up most of our free time and we found out most people get to go on just a normal day. I wish that was the case for us so I could get out of class😂 I'm really glad I'm serving a mission and I know this is where I'm supposed to be right now. Week 2 in Peru

 Hey guys sorry for missing my email last week, I didn't do it in the morning when I had time, then before I knew it, it was too late. The travel to get to Peru was awful haha. We left the mtc at like 7am ish and we got to Peru at 9:30am the next day. I dont know about you, but 26 hours of travel without any entertainment when everyone is speaking Spanish for the second half is not pleasant, but we got here.       The first few days were pretty fun. All the new missionaries stayed in Cusco for a few days with the APs, office elders, and the mission president while they figured out the transfers and stuff. We basically were given cards with a picture of Jesus and directions to the church building and were told to street contact. I felt like an annoying sales person but at least I know my product is good haha.      I went to a lesson with one of the APs and he doesn't speak any English but it ended up going good.       This will be a pretty short email because my last pday was like 4 days ago haha. I just have 2 stories.        We were out knocking doors, and we knocked the last door on the street, and we heard a bunch of kids in the house screaming their heads off, then one of them hangs out of the window and we were like, hey how's it going, are your parents' home? And he says no but my older brother is. Then he disappeared and we heard a bunch of screaming and arguing and junk, then like 5 minutes later, (it felt like 30) he came back to the window and said he's coming. Another 5 minutes go by and the kid was just staring at us, then finally the door opened and the older brother came out and we invited him to church and stuff, then he just says, why are you here, we were like, we're just inviting everyone to church, and he's like, ok but like why are you here, in Puno?
